you do not get to dictate gang deletions. you don't even know if the ban is temporary or permanent.
They have until next update to gain another member or they'll automatically forfeit the territory. Or you can just challenge them for it now.

It was probably just a huge misunderstanding. Kratos is an OG player, and one of the most generous I've met. Honestly he is one of my best friends here and the game will be different without him if this is permanent. Sure he's a gambling addict, but he's always been honest as far as I could see. I've trusted him with $300-400 worth of points at a time between here and other games. My confidence is in the admins to investigate and do what is right.
PS: Even if he is guilty of whatever he was accused of, he's still good for like $100-200/mo, so if he's paying part of your mortgage alone that should deserve a second chance 🤣
