We should be able to bank things even if we are not going for that specific quest.

Crazy you can only build up one at a time.

you should be able to have every unique objective be enablable.

so if you are working on kills, crimes and mugs, they should all be able to be enabled.
only time where it won't allow you to do 2 at a time, is if it's the same. like 2 objectives with kills.
