We are making some changes to how you can transfer credits to your character accounts, including backtracking and updating all previous transactions since characters were first introduced.
New Credit Transfer System:
Going forward, you will be able to transfer credits to your character accounts for free if you have earned transfer credits. Transfer credits can be earned by spending money on the game—every $1 spent will grant you 100 transfer credits that you can move to your character account without any additional fees.
Refunds for Previous Transactions:
For those who have previously transferred credits to their character accounts, we will be refunding the 300 credits used to unlock trading with your character account back to your main account. Additionally, any transaction fees incurred during these transfers will also be refunded to your character account.
I will be running database queries to ensure all accounts are updated accordingly. If you would like more details on how your account was adjusted, please open a support ticket, and I will provide individual details.
Transfer Credits for Past Purchases:
We have also reviewed all game purchases made since the introduction of characters and have awarded transfer credits retroactively. You can now view your transfer credits on the Umbrella Corp page.
If you wish to transfer additional credits beyond the free transfer credits, standard transfer fees will apply.
Special Offer for September:
Starting tomorrow, we’re introducing a Credits Ticket for the month of September! For just $5, you can earn up to 1,500 credits by completing daily tasks. The daily task includes completing 3 missions and 10 operations, with a reward of 50 credits at rollover.
If you prefer not to purchase the ticket, you can still earn free credits for completing the same tasks—earning 4 credits per rollover.

No, the credits would already be on your character account.
Whether you buy 100 credits on your main, 200 credits on your main w/ a double credits or buy 100 credits on your character: you can get 100 credits on character for "free".
